Job Description:
Prepares detailed design specifications for highly complex and large-scale systems to plan and facilitate system development and programming.
Create and maintain technical documentation such as architectural and process diagrams.
Maintains assigned systems, responding to and resolving system problems to ensure systems are continuously available and function properly.
Develop systems employing higher level languages such as 3 GL’s, 4 GL’s, enterprise class application development tools, system utilities, and project management tools to prepare systems for implementation.
Diagnoses and isolates complex application software problems; formulates and implements effective solutions considering system capacity, limitations, time requirements, and desired results to resolve system problems and prevent reoccurrence.
Design and develop subroutines in support of system development efforts to achieve maximum productivity.
Perform difficult, complex, and specialized programming assignments to ensure users and business needs are met.
